Storing, Cooling and Ripening
Pacific Fruit Brokers occupies 4,000 square meters of space of controlled temperature facilities used to store, cool and ripen fresh fruit. Our state-of-the-art technologies control temperature, climate and air flow within the storage facilities allowing the fruit to ripen at precise levels and timeframes.
